A Day in The Life of Barbara M
Hello! My name is Barbara Mutedzi. I am big on mindset and on performance. Both need great time management, planning and setting goals aligned with your purpose. You will notice that these and more, are topics I explore with you, on our Amphy platform. Let me share with you how my days and weeks are structured and why this is all so important for a life lived on purpose. The more we live a life of purpose, the higher our vibration and the more aligned we are with all those things that make us who we authentically are. Welcome to my daily and weekly schedule!
Daily Schedule
I divide my day into 3 main parts, that is, morning, day and evening routine. Each day in my calendar is carved according to these 3 parts. Everything in the morning routine is dedicated to my self-care, self-acknowledgement, and centering. My life purpose is to help people harness and control the power they have within themselves, to live their life purpose. For me to be able to do this, I need to be fully ready, fresh and present for others. When I take care of me, I am able to create the safe and non-judgmental spaces needed, for others to step in, contribute and flourish in all the dimensions they want and need to.
Knowing your life purpose is the most fulfilling thing that any one of us can do. It makes decision making, productivity and mindfulness easy and accessible, whilst positively contributing to our daily lives. For a fulfilling life, align everything in your calendar to your purpose; then leave gaps for further and continued exploration of the many and gloriously different ways you can achieve your purpose.
